Music & Audio Intermediate Course designed to expand on your existing music and audio knowledge. The next step for Te Urunga programme graduates or those with existing music experience and knowledge.

- Monday 9th October 2023 – Friday 8th December 2023
- Public holiday closures impacting this course: none
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4 pm – 7 pm
- Free for youth 15-24yrs
About Te Ara (The Way) Music & Audio Intermediate Course:
This course is perfect for people who have some knowledge or experience songwriting or in audio and may want to pursue music or audio as a career. Broaden your existing knowledge and specialise in your chosen area of songwriting or audio production.
Whether as an artist producing your first single or album, or as an audio engineer, producer, singer songwriter or band member; you will have the opportunity to work with other tauira and individually, as well as in group settings receive one-on-one mentoring from industry professionals who will share their skills and knowledge with you.

On completion of this course, all participants will be invited to join a 4 week class ‘Mahi Waiata’ where you will learn live sound and collaboratively work towards organising a live gig.
