Crescendo is an Auckland social enterprise specialising in event talent & crew, podcasting, audio recording, sound design, music production and audiobooks. Every dollar of profit funds our Youth Pathways Programme, music mentoring and wellbeing support for rangatahi aged 15-24, and gives young people paid, hands-on work experience in the creative industries.

Working with Crescendo supports our social enterprise, upholds the principles of Te Tiriti, and offers free mentoring and internships for rangatahi, with a majority identifying as Māori, Pasifika, Rainbow and/or neurodiverse.
