The Creative Internship in Podcasting and Videography is for rangatahi Māori aged 18–24 with some experience of using tools like cameras, editing software, or podcast equipment, who want to create content that’s bold, meaningful, and industry-ready.
You’ll work in small groups to plan and produce podcast episodes, video projects, or short documentaries. All while learning how to collaborate, communicate, and bring stories to life.

WHAT
Hone your storytelling skills through hands-on projects across podcasting, filming, and editing. You’ll learn the art of audio capture, camera work, scriptwriting, and post-production, with guidance from industry professionals and feedback along the way. Whether you’re passionate about interview-style podcasts or cinematic visuals, this course supports you to sharpen your technical skills while finding your creative voice. You’ll finish the internship with real-world content in your portfolio that reflects your growth - ready to share or pitch professionally.
