Why choose our school holiday workshops?

We run two-day music workshops during the school holidays which are a great taster to experience what Crescendo programmes are all about. You can register for one or both of our fun-packed workshops (dates and times below) – come and let your creativity shine!

Songwriting & Recording

Are you into music and always wanted to learn how to write and record a song? This two-day workshop will guide you through the creative process with the latest tips and tricks to get you started on your music journey. This is a highly collaborative group workshop to create a new song.

Rap, Bars & Beats

Are you an MC/rapper? Do you want to expand your knowledge and skills as an artist? Do you freestyle? Battle rap? Or just write 16s? This workshop is for you! Learn different techniques of writing and spitting, how to project your voice, and how to compose your own projects plus more. You will be mentored by a local pillar in the scene with over 20 years of experience as a MC/battler/recording artist.

Each two-day holiday workshop costs $50 for all rangatahi aged 15-18 or $75 for 2 siblings. Proudly supported by Apra Amcos.
